Author Guest of Honor
Jean Rabe is the author of more than a dozen
fantasy novels and more than three dozen fantasy, science-fiction, and military
short stories. Her upcoming novels include The Finest Choice, second in her
Finest series from Tor Books, set for a fall release, and Return to Quag Keep,
which she co-authored with Andre Norton. Return to Quag Keep, set for release
in early 2006, follows Norton's Quag Keep, originally published in the late
1970s, and touted as the first D&D novel. Some of Jean's previous novelsinclude Downfall, Betrayal and Redemption: the Dhamon Saga, and Lake of Death. She is also the editor of severalanthologies: Carnival & Circus, Renaissance Faire, Sol's Children, and
Historical Hauntings. In her spare time she visits museums, pretends to garden,
